4 Bonus & Promotion Policy

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: Depositing ৳12,000 gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳20,000.
• Wagering requirement: You must wager the bonus amount × 10 times.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer applies once per customer, per household.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.
• 20bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

5 Game & Betting Rules

• The outcome of every game is determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• 20bet is not responsible for losses caused by system errors, internet disconnection, or technical issues.
• In sports betting, all official decisions and results are considered final.
• If a technical error is detected in any game, the relevant round will be cancelled and stakes will be returned.
• Any attempt to strategically manipulate the betting system may result in account closure.
